Our Mission
To help music majors from Tennessee State University continue their education via financial assistance in the form of scholarships.
We want to help students accomplish their goals.
History
Chartered as an non-profit organization by the State of Tennessee in April of 2015, the Good Mu Society, Inc. was created to serve both the Tennessee State University Foundation and the Music Department of Tennessee State University.
Mission
Our purpose is to solicit funds for scholarships for music majors attending Tennessee State University in order to support all university ensembles and help their students continue their education.
Membership
Membership in the Good Mu Society is open to any member of the Eta Xi chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity, Inc and any member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity, Inc, regardless of initiated chapter, that has been enrolled at Tennessee State University for an academic year.
